Container Terminal Mostyska speaks at the Grain Storage Forum

On 31 January, Kyiv hosted the Grain Storage Forum, a key industry event that has been bringing together government officials, businesses, and investors for seven consecutive years to discuss storage, processing, logistics, and trade in agricultural products.

As part of the forum, Dmytro Kobzar, CEO of Container Terminal Mostyska (CTM), participated in a panel discussion, where he provided an overview of the rail freight market, highlighted key business challenges, and shared practical solutions that can be effectively implemented today.

Key Highlights of the Speech:

  • Logistics Adaptation – Implementation of new technologies, route restructuring, and integration into international transport systems.
  • Expanding Export and Import Capabilities – CTM offers grain storage services at its own elevator, followed by loading into hoppers of European carriers.
  • Development of Oilseed Transshipment – Direct transshipment from trucks and wagons into European railcars.
  • Mineral Fertiliser Handling – The terminal facilitates the transshipment of products from Polish manufacturers, including big bags and liquid mineral fertilisers such as UAN and LCF.

In addition, Container Terminal Mostyska showcased its own stand at the exhibition, where company experts presented innovative logistics solutions currently offered to customers.

This year’s Grain Storage Forum gathered over 1,200 participants from more than 500 companies, reinforcing its role as a key platform for business-government dialogue, advancing agri-logistics solutions, and attracting investment.
